HI, I’M SARAH.

I believe in yoga for everyone.

Wife, mama, educator, yoga teacher, travel fanatic and coffee lover, that’s me. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. The subtle yet profound shifts inspired by attending yoga classes eventually led me to continue on the path to teach yoga myself. Through teaching, I was able to discover both the spiritual and physical benefits a regular yoga practice has to offer. The classes I teach reflect the passion I have for yoga, movement, and lifelong learning.

PRivate yoga

Want to get to that next level with your yoga practice? Just starting out and are nervous about joining a studio?  I offer private yoga classes and will work with you by creating an individualized program to meet your needs.   

Investment

  • 10 Class Virtual: $75 per class

  • 5 Class Virtual: $80 per class

  • 1 Class Virtual: $85 per class

*All of these options allow for up to 3 people per class.

Speciality Classes

Does your child want yoga at their birthday party? Do you want to have yoga for your bridal party?

I will work with you to understand the "needs" and "wants" for your specialty class and put together something that will encourage plan, fun and creativity - because yoga should be fun!
