Balancing movement with breath, these classes will leave you feeling energized and mentally focused. Classes with be a combination of slow flow movement, and movement taken from Pilates and Fire Flow based yoga classes.
These classes are hosted in person, indoors for residents @ 33 Harbour Square
Classes are Saturday’s at 11am, Monday’s at 12:30pm & Wednesday’s at 7pm
Each date is set for a 6 week series; $90 for 6 week series
